Implementasi dan Sertifikasi ISO 45001

Untuk menerapkan ISO 45001, organisasi harus melakukan beberapa langkah, termasuk:

Melakukan analisis situasi saat ini terkait K3.
Mengembangkan kebijakan dan tujuan K3.
Menyusun prosedur dan dokumentasi yang diperlukan.
Melatih karyawan dan melibatkan mereka dalam implementasi.
Melakukan audit internal untuk memastikan efektivitas sistem.

Setelah semua langkah diterapkan, organisasi dapat mengajukan sertifikasi ke lembaga sertifikasi yang terakreditasi.
