Langkah-Langkah Implementasi ISO 45001
Implementasi ISO 45001 dilakukan dengan langkah-langkah berikut:
1. Kebijakan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan: Menyusun kebijakan yang mendukung
keselamatan dan kesehatan di tempat kerja.
2. Identifikasi Bahaya dan Penilaian Risiko: Mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya di tempat
kerja dan melakukan penilaian risiko.
3. Penyusunan Prosedur Pengendalian Risiko: Mengembangkan prosedur untuk
mengurangi atau menghilangkan risiko yang teridentifikasi.
4. Tinjauan dan Perbaikan Berkelanjutan: Melakukan tinjauan berkala terhadap sistem
manajemen dan memastikan perbaikan dilakukan secara berkelanjutan.
